1. Scope of Services

FlyAthletes provides customized travel planning, logistics coordination, and related support services for athletes, sports enthusiasts, and travelers. Each itinerary is uniquely designed and may include flights, accommodations, transfers, event logistics, and other travel-related arrangements.

2. Bookings and Payments

• All bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of the required deposit or full payment as communicated at the time of confirmation.

• Prices are quoted based on prevailing rates and may be subject to change due to fluctuations in currency, taxes, or partner pricing.

• The final balance (if applicable) must be paid by the specified due date to avoid cancellation or forfeiture of booking.

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Each FlyAthletes itinerary is custom-designed, and therefore cancellation and refund policies vary based on the specific vacation, service provider, and timing of cancellation.

• Applicable terms will be clearly stated in your booking confirmation or itinerary.

• Refunds (if applicable) will be processed based on partner policies and actual recoverable amounts.

• FlyAthletes reserves the right to retain service or administrative fees as stated in the individual agreement.

4. Changes and Modifications

• FlyAthletes reserves the right to modify itineraries or services due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, airline schedule changes, or partner availability.

• Any changes requested by the client after confirmation may incur additional costs, which will be communicated in advance.

5. Travel Documents and Requirements

Clients are responsible for ensuring that all travel documents (passports, visas, insurance, vaccination certificates, etc.) are valid and compliant with destination requirements. FlyAthletes is not liable for delays, cancellations, or losses arising from incomplete or invalid documentation.

6. Liability

• FlyAthletes acts as an intermediary between clients and third-party service providers such as airlines, hotels, and transport companies. While we take utmost care in selecting trusted partners, we do not assume responsibility for the acts, omissions, or negligence of third parties.

• The company is not liable for injury, loss, damage, accident, delay, or any other irregularity arising from circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, political unrest, or force majeure events.

7. Travel Insurance

Clients are strongly advised to obtain comprehensive travel and health insurance that covers trip cancellation, medical emergencies, and personal belongings. FlyAthletes is not responsible for any expenses incurred due to lack of adequate insurance coverage.

8. Conduct and Behavior

FlyAthletes expects all clients to conduct themselves responsibly during their travel. Any behavior deemed inappropriate, unlawful, or disruptive may result in immediate termination of services without refund.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, and itineraries developed by FlyAthletes are the intellectual property of the company and may not be reproduced, copied, or distributed without prior written consent.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, unless otherwise agreed.
