FlyAthletes provides customized travel planning, logistics coordination, and related support services for athletes, sports enthusiasts, and travelers. Each itinerary is uniquely designed and may include flights, accommodations, transfers, event logistics, and other travel-related arrangements.

2. Bookings and Payments

• All bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of the required deposit or full payment.
• Prices are quoted based on prevailing rates and may change due to currency, taxes, or partner pricing.
• The final balance must be paid by the specified due date to avoid cancellation.

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Each FlyAthletes itinerary is custom-designed, and cancellation and refund policies vary based on the service provider and timing of cancellation.

• Applicable terms will be stated in your booking confirmation.
• Refunds (if applicable) depend on partner policies and recoverable amounts.
• FlyAthletes may retain service or administrative fees.

4. Changes and Modifications

• Itineraries may be modified due to unforeseen circumstances.
• Equivalent alternatives will be offered where possible.
• Client-requested changes may incur additional costs.

5. Travel Documents and Requirements

Clients must ensure all passports, visas, insurance, and required documents are valid. FlyAthletes is not responsible for losses arising from invalid or incomplete documentation.

6. Liability

• FlyAthletes acts as an intermediary with third-party service providers.
• No liability is accepted for delays, losses, or damages beyond our control.

7. Travel Insurance

Clients are strongly advised to obtain comprehensive travel and health insurance.

8. Conduct and Behavior

Any inappropriate, unlawful, or disruptive behavior may result in termination of services without refund.

9. Intellectual Property

All FlyAthletes content and itineraries are protected and may not be reproduced without written consent.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, with exclusive jurisdiction in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
